So apparently there’s this meme now where people post 1. a well-known quote with 2. a false attribution from an equally well known person and 3. the wrong picture.  Here’s my favorite:

    Ha! This seems to be so inside baseball as to make it easy for people to miss the point. That’s a funny combination of quote, attributions, and photo. I wonder if I can do something myself over lunch today. It will likely be too inside baseball as well.

    Yep, that’s the idea. People post these as signatures and then laugh when people correct them.

    Just in case it’s not clear, I didn’t make this myself — I scooped it up from the flotsam floating around the web.
