A Guerilla Test for Lying Liars

I was entering a contest to win Social Distortion tickets.  Here’s the web form:

Notice that the form requires you to click that you read the OFFICIAL RULES and it also says the tickets are for October 11th.

See the problem? The main screen says the concert is October 11th, but the rules say it’s July 27th.  I suspect this is a typo, but I think it would be wicked awesome if this were a covert way to test who actually is reading the rules.

Either way, I think I should win tickets just for pointing out the error.
